If your shipping address is in a rural location, WA, SA or TAS we recommend you allow extra time as standard shipping can take approximately 7-12* business days or Express Courier can take 5-7* business days. If you are in one of these locations be sure to choose rush production and express if you are in a hurry or contact us to discuss.

• If selecting the custom/supply your own artwork option please note production time will be longer as you will be sent an artwork proof.

• If ordering multiple items the item with the longest production time will apply to the full order.
• There may be external delivery delays which are entirely out of our control, we will do our best to assist in these isntances however we cannot be liable for any delays.
• Your item will be securely packed and delivered via Australia Post, TNT or Fastway Couriers. We include insurance on all items to cover against any loss during the postage process.
