- You will be emailed an artwork proof after ordering/payment for this item, so be sure to keep an eye on your email to approve this artwork or request changes in a timely manner.
- All production times are estimates only and are subject to change during busy periods. Production times begin from payment being received and artwork approval received.
- If ordering multiple items the item with the longest production time will apply to the full order. We suggest placing separate orders if you need some items quicker that have a quicker production time advertised.
- There may be external delivery delays which are entirely out of our control, we will do our best to assist in these isntances however we cannot be liable for any delays.
- Your item will be securely packed and delivered via Australia Post, TNT or Fastway Couriers. We include insurance on all items to cover against any loss during the postage process. We have been posting 1000’s of fragile items every week all over Australia for the past 10+ years. We are very confident in how our items are packaged to arrive safely, we also offer breakage insurance for peace of mind.
