What has changed and what are we doing to help?
All orders placed after Sunday 3rd May will not be delivered in time for Mothers Day.

Production of Mothers Day orders are being streamlined to dispatch quicker than advertised times. Order up until Sunday 3rd May and choose Express Post (must choose express post) and your order will be dispatched either Monday 4th or Tuesday 5th for the best chance of arriving in time for Mothers Day. We cannot guarantee any delivery times (see below).
Transit times are out of our hands and we cannot issue refunds if delivery does not arrive on time, we will do everything we can by speeding up production time.
As you may be aware postal and courier networks are experiencing delays due to the stresses from Covid-19. Couriers and postal services are working short staffed and delays are being experienced due to the current high demand.
As widely publicised delays may be experienced along with Express Post no longer being a guaranteed overnight service.
Giftware Direct is working hard to ensure we do what we can and that is meeting our advertised production times, delivery times are entirely out of our hands therefore as always we cannot guarantee delivery dates, only focus on our dispatch times.
With mothers day fast approaching we highly suggest considerng delivery times and only ordering if you are aware of the circumstanced above.
In no instance will Giftware Direct offer refunds if a delivery is delayed so please take into account possible delays before ordering.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking number and the postal service used to send your order. If you have an enquiry about delivery timeframe we highly suggest contacting the courier or Australia post directly rathaer than contacting Giftware Direct as the 3rd party service used for delivery (Aus Post/Courier) will have any available updates which we will not have access to.

Extra care is being taken in-house to assist eliminating COVID-19.
Australia Post and Couriers are starting to mention possible delays however at this stage we are yet to experience anything significant. As usual we cannot guarantee freight time however we will work hard to maintain and production times and dispatch in a timely manner. Please choose express post during checkout if your order is urgent or even contact us to discuss during the ordering process.
The team at Giftware Direct is working to provide service as usual four our valued customers.
We are still fully operational and have temporarily closed our showroom to help reduce contact between the public and our staff.
This is a precautionary measure that has been taken to help keep our customers, staff and the ones we love most safe.
The Australia Government has advised that social distancing should be practice wherever possible and we intend on following this advice and will continue to do us until advised differently by the State and Federal Government to do so.
We are also working with a smaller on sight team to help with reducing unnecessary contact between staff members.
Our Standard production time frame is still 5-7 business days once artwork has been approved.
If you require an order urgently you will need to contact us on 1300 273 877 We will do our best to assist you with any rush orders.
Please be advised that a Rush Production fee is still required on orders that are needed within a short time frame.
Shipping is not included in the production time frame.
At this point, we are still packing and sending orders daily as per usual.
We have been paying close attention to how Australia Post, Fastway couriers and other courier companies are handling the situation.
Most couriers/freighters are practicing a contactless delivery service.
Meaning you will not have to sign for your parcel if you are home, they will take your name upon delivery.
If you are not home upon their arrival they will take the parcel back to their depot as per usual and you will need to go in and collect it.
You can message us after checking out if you wish to give the authority to leave for your order.
We will be sure to include this on your order, They will leave your parcel in a safe place for you.
The challenges present by the pandemic mean there are delays with many freighting services across Australia.
Each state is practising different preventative measures to help to stop the spread of COVID-19, we are noticing that standard deliveries and express deliveries are being delayed slightly between States and Rural areas.
Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people are shopping online for necessary items they would usually purchase in stores themselves.
These delays can be up to a few business days, and we ask for your patience during these challenging and stressful times for all couriers and freighters across Australia.
All our orders are still being sent out with tracking number, If you are trying to locate your parcel please be sure to use these tracking codes for your parcel's estimated time frame.
If you are unable to locate your orders tracking number please contact us and we will be able to confirm your tracking number with you.
If your order is delayed by more than 3-4 business days past its expected delivery date(will be shown online via your tracking number) Please let us know and be sure to submit an enquiry online for your parcel via your parcel's tracking link.
Delivery time is beyond our control, we do our best to select the most time-efficient courier available to us when we are dispatching orders but any estimated delivery time frames are estimations based on Australia Post delivery calculator and are subject to changes.
Many couples around the world are having to postpone or cancel their weddings due to COVID-19 Restrictions.
We are doing our best to help all past customers who had purchased gifts from us for their weddings or events which were to be held during the months of March till August 2020
A lot of our items are already listed or have been listed at a discounted rate but we are happy to price match your previous order to the best of our ability and re-do it minus 20% the original cost.
With manufacturing prices going up we may experience some price rises ourselves, If you have previously ordered off us we will honor the previous price provided to you to the best of our abilities.
If an item you require to re-order is not in stock we are unable to guarantee when it will be back in stock and how much it will be.
We are doing our best to maintain regular stock levels but due to the strict state to state and international trade rules being applied to goods coming into Australia and being transported around Australia, it is proving to take a little longer than standard practice does.
